Runway Restaurant

The decorations which are airplane/airport are very cool. The waitress Emily was terrific, friendly and helpful!!!!!! We had the Runway Reuben my husband had french fries and I had the onion rings with them they were cooked perfectly nice and crispy soooooo yummy!!! The Runway Reuben has an apple slaw and baconnaoise it was phenomenal!!!!!!! We will be back I want to try the homemade hash!!!!

Lindsay never disappoints. Whether your preference is the typical breakfast fare or the constantly and seasonally changing specials, you will not be disappointed. It is a nice clean restaurant with an aeronautical decor, and, if you are lucky, you might see a plane or two taking off or landing at the adjacent runway. With the owners/operator in the store, you are sure to get consistently good food and friendly service. The wait staff are friendly and come back to top off your coffee. They use locally grown produce whenever practical in their seasonal offerings. Even if you do not order one of their specials they are always interesting to read. And, by the way, if you order one, don't be surprised if you have to ask for a 'take home box'. These specials are usually sized for the famished.

Went here for breakfast while on vacation and the food, service, and atmosphere exceeded my expectations. My boys (7 and 4) and were thrilled to see not one but two small planes come in and land, right from the comfort of our seats. Our oldest has a dairy allergy and we were very happy with the food options and accommodations made. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

BEYOND WORDS !! I love a good breakfast but this is insane!! Just a quick turn off Rt 25 in Limington, a small building with a plane sticking out of front.. Buckle In...You are in for a ride!! This is no greasy spoon!! Food is spectacular..whether you order from their wonderful menu or from the monthly specials, you WILL NOT be disappointed !! I went in October 2020..twice November 2020...three times.. December 2020..three more times! And I am smitten... The food is not your local breakfast joint... The building is! Several booths, and counter service and I mean service! Kind thoughtful staff who treat customers like family but my family never served food like this!! And expect to bring home a heap! Every breakfast has come home to give me at least 2 more meals! Whether you enjoy the simplicity of eggs and bacon...Or complex and intricate perfectly balanced specials that rival anything I have had in Boston or NYC or St Andrew... BUT at Runway ( yes there is a rural airport) the diners are encouraged to give all feedback...but you won't give your food back!! It is a tremendous find and you deserve to take the trip! I will be back afaun next week to start eating my way through the January specials!! And I will follow up then. But I leave you with a few photos of my past few months there!!!

Always had the best experience here, even tho most of the time there is a wait it is sooo worth it. My favorite thing is their monthly specials that are always over the top and filling, their prices and very good and the portion sizes are large. Highly recommend

I love this place! We drive 35 minutes to come eat breakfast here. The wait staff is lovely and the food is delicious. Always busy so allow time to relax and enjoy the plane viewing next door if you're lucky enough for any to come through while you're there.

Open for breakfast and lunch, the food here is delicious. They always offer specials that take a regular breakfast and kick it up a few notches. Stop in. You won't be disappointed. And you never know who might fly in for a meal!
